Title: Payroll Coordinator II
Location: Painted Post, NY
Duration: 5 Months
Description:
Onsite role Monday Friday 8am-5pm
- 4-year degree preferred
- Payroll experience a plus however role is more of a customer service/data entry role
Description:
- Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries
- Support internal and external customer service
- Review weekly time and attendance records
- Enter timecard adjustments
- Facilitate garnishment process with vendor
- Enter and upload payroll data for processing
- Review payroll data for accuracy
- Create/Maintain documentation of relevant processes
Education and Experience:
- 4-year degree preferred
- Payroll experience a plus
Desired skills:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, ensuring accuracy
- Appropriately recognize, classify, and protect confidential data
- Well organized
- Process and improvement mindset
- Strong PC skills
