HRIS / Kronos Administrator

As a trusted partner, Converge Technology Solutions is helping our client identify, screen and secure a full-time HRIS Kronos Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an onsite position in Johns Creek (Monday-Friday).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Kronos system configuration and provides system/consultative support.
- Ability to configure, maintain, and implement Business structures, Data Views, Control Center, Timekeeping, User Access, Pay Rules, Basic Scheduling, Absence Accruals, Absence: Leave, and CRTs.
- Will be responsible to manage Kronos integration with payroll, dispatch, and other analytics systems.
- Work with business users to create data views and reports to improve productivity.
- Work with HR/Business to identify new opportunities and roll out new functionalities.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on all Kronos elements configured in the system.
- Will be the key point of contact between HR/Finance/Payroll/IT and Operational team.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the Kronos system.
- Work with Kronos vendor to escalate issues that require vendor intervention.
- Test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved.
- Write clear, concise, well-organized technical documentation to maintain standards and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- UKG Kronos Dimensions software architecture with mechanical expertise preferred.
- Experience with Datahub preferred.
- Strong expertise in Kronos systems, particularly Kronos Dimensions (UKG), with a proven track record of successful implementation and management.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, with a clear understanding of its integration with Kronos preferred.
