Our client is a global law firm based in San Francisco, CA. They are looking to add a Global IT Systems Support Analyst (Bilingual Spanish) to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $120k Position Overview: This Global IT System Support Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced technical support across multiple regions, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the global IT systems and infrastructure. This Global IT Systems Support Analyst will address complex technical challenges and collaborate closely with 1st and 3rd line support, as well as regional IT teams. This role will be based in the San Francisco office (5 days per week onsite) and will support both in-office users and their remote global user base with the team. Responsibilities of the Global IT Systems Support Analyst: Provide 2nd line support for local and global IT systems, applications, and network issues across multiple regions. Provide remote troubleshooting and problem resolution for global offices, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Manage and document global incidents and problems, utilizing IT service management tools. Ensure the firm's technology infrastructure meets service standards for systems performance and availability. This includes all computing (e.g. desktops, laptops, mobile phones) both within and external to the office and meeting room facilities. Work closely with global support teams, providing guidance and resolving complex issues. Participate in global IT projects, contributing to the planning, testing, and implementation of new systems and technologies. Assist in global software and hardware deployments, ensuring minimal impact on regional operations. Qualifications for the Global IT Systems Support Analyst: Must be bilingual in Spanish. A minimum of 5 years of IT experience in a professional services environment performing at the 2nd line level. Strong experience with on-premise and remote support skills supporting physical and virtual desktop solutions running. Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft Office suite including Teams. Knowledge of networking. Understanding of network fundamentals, sufficient to diagnose and assess infrastructure-related issues. Good technical knowledge of audio-visual hardware and teleconferencing. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree is nice to have but not required.
