Rate: $60 - $70 / hr. w2 Responsibilities: You embrace customer-first mentality and enjoy developing user-friendly and performant web applications that solve real life problems. You have a passion for clean, maintainable code and are always looking to improve your engineering skills. You see testing as a core part of your development process. You collaborate with your peers through code reviews, pair programming or interactive discussions daily. You are comfortable working remotely, collaborating regularly with your peers through video and chat You are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and are adaptable to change. Developing features for our web experiences using GraphQL/NestJS and Angular in NX MonoRepo. Taking stories from idea to implementation including work estimation, collaboration with our product team, development, testing, code review and deployment. Actively collaborating with the other engineers on the squad through code reviews, pair programming, interactive design sessions and team retrospectives. Developing automated tests using Jest and Cypress. Working with our user experience design and product team to ensure we are building the right features based on scope and customer value. Contributing back to the team by developing solutions that help improve developer efficiency and sharing knowledge about new techniques and technologies Experience Requirements: 7 years’ hands-on experience developing modern and responsive single-page web applications using Typescript stack like Angular (preferably Angular 12). Comfortable integrating with backend REST APIs by building Experience APIs using NodeJS/NestJS based frameworks. Hands-on experience building GraphQL APIs is a huge plus. In-depth knowledge of Front-end Web Technologies such as JavaScript ES6, HTML 5 & CSS 3. Experience writing automated tests as part of development e.g. Jest and Cyprus. Bonus points for AWS / Public Cloud experience. Education Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
