Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

Location: Bloomfield, NJ | Hybrid Option | TherapyStory

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Maintain a caseload of 30 clients weekly, with 5 hours for administrative work and 5 hours for marketing and practice development activities.

Qualifications:

Active NJ licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Minimum of 5 years clinical experience

Must hold and maintain licensure in NJ (NY and PA licensure preferred but not required)

Telehealth trained with experience in remote client engagement

Preferred expertise: EMDR, Perinatal Mental Health, Couples Therapy (EFT), and OCD/EXRP treatment
