Description

Superintendent - Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of all work
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications, and resolve issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations
• Regularly communicate project status to senior management

Profile

Superintendent - Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in construction, with a preference for 10+ years
• Strong experience in public/municipal projects is ideal (residential experience not considered)
• Proficiency in construction management software, including Procore, Microsoft, and Newforma
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $50M
• Must be located in Rhode Island or within proximity to the Rhode Island border
