We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality commercial interior projects for a leading general contractor based in Miami, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from pre-construction to closeout while ensuring client satisfaction, schedule adherence, and budget control.

Description

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial interior projects, from pre-construction to final handover.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project.

  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain timelines and quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and a clear understanding of project expectations.

  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and resolve any issues to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation and reporting.

  • Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed on all job sites.

Profile

The ideal candidate is an organized, results-oriented Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial interiors. They will have at least 5 years of experience managing projects of various scales, preferably with a general contractor. A strong ability to lead teams, problem-solve under pressure, and build strong client relationships is essential. A background in budgeting, scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project), and subcontractor coordination will be a strong asset. Candidates should also hold relevant qualifications such as a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
