**Perform asbestos surveys for pre-demolition and pre-renovation projects, adhering to AHERA and state-specific guidelines.

**Assess and quantify asbestos-containing materials (ACM) in various structures.

**Prepare detailed reports, abatement design documents, and project budgets.

**Stay updated on evolving regulations and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

**1-5+ years of asbestos inspection experience in diverse settings.

**AHERA certification or equivalent state credentials.

**Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

**Willingness to travel to project sites across Massachusetts and nearby areas.

**Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple assignments.
