The Social Media Content Strategist will elevate the bioMerieux brand presence across our social media platforms. This role requires a versatile individual who excels in creating compelling content, managing social media channels, and overseeing the writing and production of engaging materials. Primary Duties Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. Create and manage a posting schedule in collaboration with corporate communications, for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery. Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to comments and messages promptly. Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and adjust strategies accordingly. Work in conjunction and in collaboration with omni-channel team and corporate communication to develop comprehensive metrics dashboard. In conjunction with designers, develop social media content appropriate for channels and audience. Content Calendar Management and Production:

Design and maintain a content calendar outlining the schedule for content creation and posting across all platforms. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless content production and delivery. Manage the end-to-end content process, from brainstorming and planning to writing, execution and final delivery. Ensure that all content aligns with our brand guidelines and meets quality standards. Communicate social plans to relevant stakeholders and align with omnichannel calendar. Strategic Oversight:

Execute strategic social plans that align with the broader company objectives. Share social media strategy and KPIs to key stakeholders throughout the organization Develop briefs in collaboration with the brand. Analyze social performance, focusing primarily on organic insights with support for paid insights as needed. Training & Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field highly preferred. Experience 3+ years of experience in Social Media Strategy Experience with medical and/or regulated products preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns. Demonstrated ability to turn insights into actionable strategies. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Ability to conceptualize and create engaging content tailored to each social media platform. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with community engagement and influencer management. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Domestic Travel:
