Overview

The

Sr. Cybersecurity Analyst

is expected to possess a high level of knowledge and experience in various security domains and technologies. This skillset will enable them to work as part of the Security Operations Center (SOC), providing vulnerability management services to our Managed Vulnerability Scanning (MVS) and Vulnerability Management Program (VMP) customers. They will be tasked primarily with the analysis of vulnerabilities, having the responsibility to provide a consultative partnership with our clients. Secondarily, this position will contribute to the lifecycle ownership of managed security services, including new customer onboardings and operational support. This position will work closely with the Security Operations Center manager, peer analysts, engineers, and other teams within the All Covered/Konica Minolta ecosystem to accomplish these goals. Responsibilities

Participate in the support of two of All Covered's Security Services, MVS and VMP. Provide customers with in-depth technical analysis and support related to managed vulnerability services offerings. Deliver high quality and consistent consultations through adherence to established processes, procedures, baselines, and standards. Determine customer security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements, researching information security standards, evaluating architecture/platforms, and identifying integration issues. Act as an escalation point for peer analysts, using technical and conceptual skills to thoroughly investigate vulnerability remediation options and provide valuable recommendations to customers. Provide mentorship of peer team members. Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for managed services that include runbooks, network diagrams, and process/escalation flows. Build strong cross-functional relationships with other All Covered teams, as well as with external partners, peers, and professional organizations Define action plans that are simple to implement, effective at reducing risk, and as much as possible, utilize existing people, processes, and technologies Fully understand and support the organization's vision, core values, goals, and objectives Perform other duties as required or assigned Qualifications

Critical Factors Creative Problem Solving and Analysis : responsible for both wide-impacting and complex services. When issues arise, the specialist must consider the impact of both the problem and solution from many different angles. Solutions must also consider the impact on internal and external users of the applications and services, and include creative problem solving when appropriate. Independence : must exhibit a high degree of initiative. In addition, the position must maintain alignment with team/company goals and make judgments as appropriate. Timeliness of decisions is critical and must be effectively communicated to those affected.

Desired Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in the Cyber Security field, with senior level experience analyzing and responding to vulnerabilities identified by detection platforms. 2-3 years' experience administering & providing operational support in vulnerability management 1+ years experience in content management work (e.g. develop custom reporting, custom integrations, developing scripts, etc) Commitment to high quality customer service with initiative and follow-through In-depth knowledge in a diverse range of cybersecurity concepts and controls that provides the ability to discuss, consult on, and drive solutions for customers Ability to exhibit leadership skills in a cross-functional team Experience in delivering on-time projects related to security technology implementation Experience within a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment Proficiency in operating systems including Microsoft Windows, RHES, CentOS, Ubuntu Linux, and MacOS Bachelor's degree in computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience Current security-relevant certifications from an industry accepted certification body, such as CompTIA, ISC2, ISACA, or SANS. Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate business-critical problems and solutions to customers Comfortable interacting at all levels within an internal or customer organization Strong business acumen and a drive toward business growth Discipline to work remotely
