Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting in the overall organization of the warehouse. We're looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their accuracy against purchase orders
• Unload, inspect, and properly store incoming products in designated locations
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet deadlines
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as required
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not mandatory
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
• Forklift certification is a bonus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule:

• 8 AM to 4:30 PM (PT)

Experience:

• Warehouse: Minimum 1 year
