Soni is looking for a Recruiter in Philadelphia who will lead the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive and consistent experience for candidates. This role requires building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline, developing effective sourcing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet the hiring needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and attracting top talent while continuously improving recruiting processes.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills through various channels including networking, databases, and referrals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and internal teams
• Proficiency in maintaining and utilizing applicant tracking systems
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Proficient in Bullhorn Recruiting Technology or other ATS experience

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with using analytics to inform recruitment decisions
• Experience partnering with HR, legal and/or finance teams
• Knowledge of current recruiting best practices and market trends
• Ability to work in metrics recruiting environment

Location: Must report in-office in Philadelphia, PA 3 days a week.
