Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. Job Details JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our team The Assistant Superintendent will assist and lead modular, healthcare construction projects. They will oversee the sitework and facility construction to create hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities. The Project Superintendent will take ownership of the delivery of the project from sitework through Certificate of Occupancy and State Health Approvals. A superintendent is hands-on and takes full ownership over all trades on a job-site, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Take full ownership of safety on the project site including any customer compliance requirements. Take full ownership of entire construction operations on job site from start to finish Coordinate daily work plans with self perform teams, trade partners, and customer contractors. Ensure project schedule milestones are being met. Ensure project quality requirements are being met. Ensure project is closed out promptly and efficiently. Daily communication with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams. Plan project schedule alongside Project Manager from start to completion of project. Responsible for coordination with internal departments including shipping, logistics, and self perform. Responsible for identifying unforeseen conditions and communicating to the team. Responsible for planning site logistics for permanent jobsite installations and module delivery and setting. Responsible for efficient management of site facilities and general conditions cost. Responsible for documenting and communicating lessons learned into continuous improvement processes. Manage relationships with customers, internal team, subcontractors, and local authorities. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams. Ability to learn new technologies quickly. Team oriented with strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and construction documents and properly communicate missing information or discrepancies. General knowledge of construction means and methods across all trades. Ability to identify and implement process improvements for current and future projects. QUALIFICATIONS 5-10 years of experience in managing construction projects 30 Hour OSHA certification or above. Experience in healthcare interior and ground-up construction projects Previous experience with ICRA training and construction preferred Interested in hearing more?
