This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the finance industry, providing high-quality audit and advisory services. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of audit clients, overseeing the completion of audit engagements, and leading a team of auditors. This role requires a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong background in private auditing and a minimum of 5 years of experience. Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. Manage a portfolio of audit clients, developing strong relationships and providing high-quality service. Lead, coach, and develop a team of auditors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Review and approve audit workpapers and reports, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and compliance. Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated audit and advisory services to clients. Stay up to date with the latest developments in auditing standards and regulations, and ensure that our audit practices remain compliant. Participate in business development activities, leveraging your expertise and relationships to grow our audit practice. Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the finance industry. Proven experience in managing audit engagements and leading audit teams in the private entity stage Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex audit issues. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and team members.
