Develop, design, and implement mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards. 2. Conduct load calculations to determine system requirements and design specifications. 3. Collaborate closely with the team to develop and implement efficient processes. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise. 5. Ensure all designs and processes adhere to regulatory standards and best practices. 6. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to improve productivity and efficiency. 7. Continually evaluate mechanical engineering practices and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies as required. 8. Participate in project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. 9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer. 3. Possession of a valid Professional Engineering License. 4. Proficient in conducting load calculations and designing MEP systems. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail. 6. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows. 7. Proficient in using CAD software for designing mechanical components and systems. 8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. 9.
