As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial construction projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong project coordination, contract management, and construction management skills. Duties: Plan, schedule, and execute the installation of HVAC projects with field install teams Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers Oversee and manage commercial construction projects from sale to completion Create project plans, schedules, and budgets Collaborate with the Foreman to ensure timely project completion Track project progress and make adjustments to meet goals Work with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors Interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications Perform regular site visits to monitor construction and address any issues Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Requirements: 5 years of HVAC construction project management experience on commercial projects Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate both in person and through email Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, Acrobat, and similar programs Must have a clean driving record and be company insurable Interested in hearing more?
