LHH is looking for a Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant for a law firm in Beachwood, OH.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position requires a resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage the reception area to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule meetings, update calendars, and handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Enter attorney time into Timeslips and process weekly payables.
  • Copy, organize, and retrieve case files, including evidence, exhibits, and pleadings.
  • Open new files and update existing ones.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on assigned cases or projects.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
  • Customer service-oriented with a resourceful and proactive approach.
  • Previous experience with office equipment and in an administrative role is preferred.
Compensation: $41,000 - $44,000 annually (with room for growth and advancement)
Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage

Pay Details: $41,000.00 to $44,000.00 per year
