About Our Client
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Technology Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Procore, our project management software, and other construction-related technologies. This role will work closely with project teams, IT, and senior management to ensure the seamless integration of technology into our daily operations, improving efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration on all projects.
Job Description
- Lead the implementation, training, and adoption of Procore across all project teams.
- Manage the integration of Procore with other construction management tools and software.
- Provide ongoing support to staff in troubleshooting issues with Procore and other technologies.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure effective use of Procore, ensuring that all team members understand best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and IT teams to optimize construction workflows and processes.
- Monitor the performance of technology tools and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in construction technology and software to recommend new tools and systems as needed.
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights to improve project outcomes, from budgeting to scheduling to quality control.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related inquiries and challenges.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction technology management or a related role, ideally with a strong knowledge of Procore.
- Proficient with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction-related software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing technology solutions.
- Experience in training teams on new technologies and tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of general construction practices and project management principles is a plus.
