Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Account Management:
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. Conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance programs to ensure adequate coverage. Assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing. Sales Support:
Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Prepare and present insurance proposals to prospective clients. Risk Assessment:
Analyze clients' risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations. Policy Administration:
Oversee the issuance and delivery of insurance policies and endorsements. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and transactions. Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial lines. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant insurance licenses and certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) preferred.
