reimagine the future of beauty . The Opportunity: As an Associate Planner-Dotcom, you will be responsible for driving divisional sales, in stocks, and days on hand targets. Reporting to the Sr. Planner - Dotcom Planning, you will be the financial partner with the Dotcom Merchants to grow and drive the business. In addition, you will... Create pre-season Brand Budget Plans partnering with Inventory Directors, Merchants, and Vendors. Create and manage Department Plans (tops down) and Brand Plans (bottoms up) through both pre-season and in-season timeframes. Open to Buy (OTB): Own monthly in-season OTB forecast of sales and inventory needs within budgeted goals. Present at monthly cross-functional OTB meetings. Analyze and partner with Dotcom Merchants to manage opportunities and risks. Own newness/launch forecasts and buys to support all merchandising and promo strategies. Analyze and validate inventory needs for Animations, App Previews, Emails, and early launches. Conduct Newness hindsight and key initiatives analysis on a quarterly basis. Develop New Brand strategies, projected sales, and inventory needs for launch timeframe. Consistent communication with vendors on sales performance, in-stocks, and outstanding issues. Develop sales and buy plans for Dotcom events; Report business weekly stock continuity. We'd love to hear from you if you have... 1-3 years of Planning experience. Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word). Contributes new ideas and finds solutions to business challenges in merchandising, operations, and finance. Proven ability to interpret and synthesize data into intelligent business decisions. Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and task management skills. Clear and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Keen attention to detail. Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment. Flexible, team player. The annual base salary range for this position is $84,660.00 - $94,620.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
