Monograph
Growth Product Manager
Monograph, San Francisco, California, United States, 94199
We're looking for a Growth Product Manager (reporting to the Chief Product Officer) to lead product definition and delivery for a new product team that will be responsible for driving product-led growth via converting free Monograph users to paid subscribers.
You’ll work closely with your engineering and design partners on this team as well as cross-functionally with marketing and sales leaders to deliver and be accountable for driving these outcomes. Specifically, we are excited to be building out a method of customer acquisition through viral growth! Our existing architectural customers will soon be able to invite their consultants (e.g. structural engineers, sub-contracted architectural firms, etc.) to collaborate for free with them on Monograph. This new team will be focused on ensuring that those new free users are finding value in using Monograph, determining signals for those that might be interested in becoming paid subscribers and then working with our marketing and sales teams to make that happen. You’ll have a lot of new green space to explore, direct access to customers and autonomy to determine the best way to achieve this outcome. Does this sound like something that would challenge you? Then we need your help! About the role
Goal Setting:
You’ll hold yourself and your team accountable to clear and measurable goals that ensure you are tracking effectively towards the strategy. Planning and Execution:
You’ll lead the development of a roadmap that delivers those goals, help define the solutions, ensure the execution and measure the results. Experimentation:
You’ll take an experimental approach to driving these outcomes, in a pragmatic way tailored for B2B SaaS (i.e. this is not consumer type A/B testing). Collaboration:
You’ll do all of the above working collaboratively with your engineering and design partners on your team and other cross-functional partners on the go-to-market teams. About You
5+ years of product management experience , preferably in B2B SaaS products. Product-led growth roles are a big bonus. User Focused:
You start with identifying the problems you need to solve for your customers and are open to different approaches for solutions. Strong systems and analytical thinker:
Can connect the dots, spot challenges, edge cases, and balance multiple priorities. Flexibility and adaptability:
We are still a small team with large ambitions. While we believe in strong focus, there inevitably is a lot of fast moving work happening at once. You’ll be expected to keep strong momentum while also pushing back if we lose focus. Additional Details...
Salary Range:
$165,000 - $185,000 depending on experience & location Location:
We are looking for candidates currently in the SF area (required) and open to joining a remote-first team, eventually coming in office to collaborate about 1x per week. We encourage individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, including women and minorities, to apply for this position. We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome candidates who may not meet every listed requirement but are eager to contribute and grow within our team. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
