The Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) provides overall planning, coordination, and direction for project management and construction management activities on healthcare projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, and on schedule. This role monitors cost and project performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements and may supervise field administrative staff, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Construction Managers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees all activities of project management and construction management of projects including Master Plan Phase, Procurement Phase, Pre-construction, Construction to final occupancy and close-out. Assumes the lead in project meetings, supervising the work of others, including documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses. Primary contact and liaison for owner and principal partner entities regarding contracts, design, systems, procedures, and deliverables. Develops project-specific procedures and documentation, consulting with the Owner on design and construction contracts. Ensures contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications comply with construction/project requirements. Manages data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements. Represents owner, project, and related parties in public forums and meetings. Manages project controls, cost, performance activities, project logistics, organization, systems, and project closeout. Coordinates, directs, and monitors activities of construction management staff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related entities. Ensures project team adheres to safety requirements. Manages bid phase services as required by the client. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent technical area of study. 12+ years of experience in management of HCAi/OSHPD healthcare projects, construction, engineering, and equivalent technical projects. The offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The salary range for this position is $145,000-$155,000. Benefits
