Job Responsibilities: Leads the service delivery model and wealth management banking strategy of respective markets to drive business growth. Hires, develops, and leads a team of cross-functional professionals to support Financial Advisor teams and deliver outstanding client service. Supervises financial transactions and operations to drive risk management best practices and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Oversees the client service experience and reviews the approval of new client accounts. Leads Wealth Management Client Associates and the branch Operations Department to meet and exceed the bank's client service expectations and operational excellence goals. Risk Manager: Ensures proper risk discipline, controls, and culture are in place to identify, escalate, and debate issues. People Manager & Coach: Provides inspection, coaching, and feedback to motivate, differentiate, and improve performance. Financial Steward: Actively manages expenses and budgets in alignment with objectives, making sound financial decisions. Enterprise Talent Leader: Assesses talent and builds bench strength for roles across the organization. Driver of Business Outcomes: Delivers results by effectively prioritizing, inspecting, and appropriately delegating team work. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring client service expectations are met and exceeded while balancing the risk and exposure for Merrill. Managing the branch's Wealth Management Client Associates and Service Support Staff. Representing the office and Merrill with clients, prospects, Financial Advisor recruits, vendors, regulators, and outside legal counsel. Coaching teams to deliver a modern, digital-first service model focusing on client satisfaction. Proactively identifying opportunities to connect Financial Advisors and clients to the broader enterprise. Managing the daily operations ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and policies and procedures. Required Qualifications: Currently hold SIE, Series 7 AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses and Series 3, 31 licenses, if warranted. Minimum of 5+ years professional experience. Key Qualifications for the role: Current or previous Merrill Wealth Management experience strongly preferred. Self-motivated and client-centric. Expert knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirements and corporate policies and procedures. Investment product knowledge (i.e., 401K, Options, Annuities, Tax, Retirement Plans, Money Funds, Mutual Funds, Liabilities, Margin, Trust Operations, etc.). Prior trend analysis experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Strong management skills, including the ability to effectively plan, monitor, influence, negotiate, supervise, and delegate. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum Education Requirement:

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
