Job Description
The Permanency Services Resource Parent Peer Partner (RPPP) works with families to ensure that Foster/Resource Parent/Caregiver applicants complete the Mutual Assessment process. RPPPs engage with applicants beginning with the Information Session through to an approval decision being made. The RPPP provides applicants with support, logistics and information throughout the process as well as collects and tracks all required documents. The RPPP prepares a completed application/credentialing package to be utilized by the assigned Family Development Specialist who is conducting the Mutual Assessment. The RPPP ensures that caregivers complete necessary training, credentialing and documentation required for annual re-certification. A bachelor's degree in social work or a human service related field with internship

1 year of experience working with families in a human service setting. Alternatively, a high school diploma can be substituted for a bachelor's degree if the candidate has two or more years of experience working with families in a human service setting that includes lived experience as a foster caregiver.
