JVM is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Vice President of Marketing to oversee the marketing operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth targets, enhance brand recognition, and increase occupancy rates across our portfolio of properties. JOB REPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute leasing and marketing plans for each property in the portfolio. Collaborate with the Regional team on sales strategies to support site teams in achieving leasing traffic and revenue goals. Manage digital marketing campaigns on various platforms, including social media, ILS, website, email, and paid advertising. Analyze marketing and sales data, report on effectiveness, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with the Brand and Communications Specialist and property management teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. Stay current on market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote JVM Realty and stay current on best practices. Serve as the primary marketing contact for onsite and vendor partnership teams. Provide technical guidance and support to onsite and corporate teams. Collaborate with Operations Specialists on marketing programs to enhance real-time and forecasted training initiatives. Monitor digital advertisement campaigns, social media channels, and external Internet Listings Service (ILS) platforms. Develop marketing strategies and programs to support portfolio business and financial goals. Assist in maintaining and improving lead tracking compliance across all lead sources with our Property Management Software (PMS) and CRM solutions. Monitor external vendor reporting and collaborate with the operations team on analysis. Assist with lead generation assessments. Collaborate with site teams, vendor partners, and Operations Specialists to provide training and support on marketing systems, processes, lead generation strategies, and best practices. Assist in acquisition and disposition assignments by managing digital assets and campaign agreements. Provide marketing budget recommendations for acquisitions and support annual budgeting efforts. Conduct monthly touchpoints with Executive Leadership to discuss expectations, marketing goals, and marketing support. Meet with advertising and marketing partners regularly to review proposed service contracts, monitor product performance and service quality, and fine-tune services/budgets to achieve optimal results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in multifamily marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Familiarity and working knowledge of the latest digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager. Strong organizational and self-motivating abilities. Strong sense of responsibility for delivering results, ensuring requests are addressed and resolved with urgency. Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms. Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving, along with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and report on marketing ROI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the multifamily industry, including leasing and marketing trends and best practices. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience and knowledge of RealPage products, G5 + LL, Onesite, ILS, and Knock is a plus.
