Temporary Executive Assistant Opportunity
Our client, a growing family-owned company, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to support their VP during a leave of absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a highly regarded organization. The position begins mid-January with a 3-4 week training overlap and will conclude mid-May. This role could serve as a stepping stone into a sought-after company. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative or executive assistant roles in a high-volume environment and demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Executive Assistant Requirements At least 1 year of administrative experience in a professional office setting Preferred: Experience supporting executives or in high-level administrative roles Proficiency in Excel with the ability to create and analyze reports Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a demanding schedule Professional communication skills with attention to detail Why This Role?

Manage and adjust the VP's complex schedule Use Excel to create, run, and analyze weekly and monthly reports Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication Follow established SOPs for recurring tasks Assist with light marketing tasks and develop new skills
