Volt is immediately hiring a Part-time Administrative Assistant in Albuquerque, NM!
As an Administrative Assistant you will:
· Answer all incoming phone calls, direct calls as appropriate, return calls and follow up with inquiries in a timely manner.
· Cordially greet visitors promptly upon their arrival at the office.
· Ensure that the reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies (e.g. pens, forms and paperwork).
· Provide basic and accurate information in?person and via phone/email.
· Receive, sort and distribute mail, deliveries and faxes, throughout the day.
· Maintain check ledger for incoming checks.
· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the building via the reception desk.
· Update Firm calendars and reserve conference rooms.
· Perform other clerical duties such as filing, printing, mailing, photocopying, and scanning as assigned.
· May provide some assistance with billing functions. · Assist with file management, i.e. opening and closing client files.
· Assist with facilities management.
· Secure company documents and information and maintain confidentiality.
· Build positive and collaborative relationships with: Partners, Associates, Managers, vendors, clients and coworkers.
· All other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications for this position:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Must have good written and oral communication
· 1 year of administrative experience
· Must have appropriate computer skills
Pay Range: $15-$17 per Hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm 30 hours a week
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
