Travel Requirements: **A New York state certificate or license. **Must have minimum 2 years experience. **Will review first time travelers. **Must have experience in Video Fluroscopy Swallow Studies. **Must be comfortable with Inpt/outpt and acute care setting as well as sub acute and LTC. ADULT and Peds population. **BLS and NYS License Required. **NIH Stroke Cert required. **Additional 8 hours of CEUs will need to be complete as part of facility orientation. **Call: Rotation of every other weekend and holidays.
