WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Palliative Care experience for an inpatient position at Franciscan Health Lafayette East campus to meet the growing demands for hospice and palliative care services.


WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have past Palliative or Home Health Care experience, with a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Clinic hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  • PRN schedule

  • No call expectation

  • Experience in palliative care or home health care preferred

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree - Required

  • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required

  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
