Job Description:
Ellison 12 is MGH’s largest 36-bed medical inpatient unit. Our supportive leadership and team expertly provide quality medical and nursing care to a diverse mix of medically complex patients. It is a fast paced, high-energy unit. Day/night rotation including weekends and holidays required.Patient population from young adults (age 18) to geriatric, the majority of patients are admitted with respiratory, cardiac, GI, end stage liver disease, cancer, and other medical conditions ranging from acute episodes to chronic. One year of acute care experience is required, two or more years of recent acute care RN experience is strongly preferred.
