We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join our production team. The successful candidate will be intimately involved in reviewing and trafficking digital ad campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. The position reports to the Director of Operations. It's a great way to work in multiple advertising platforms, as well as develop and implement new processes across all of our campaigns.
Responsibilities include
Managing all aspects of campaign builds in Jun Group and 3rd party DSPs, including producing ad units, trafficking tags, and building audience segments Collaborating with the Client Services team on campaign requirements, and the Design team on ad unit creative and functionality Building and QA of custom, immersive rich media ad experiences Manage proxy and debugging tools to validate and troubleshoot ad functionality Analyze performance metrics and identify potential optimization opportunities Troubleshoot technical issues on live campaigns Support Product Management and Engineering through user acceptance testing of new products and features Create documentation and process requirements for new features and functionality Liaise between Operations, Sales Strategy, and Technology Serve as the central point of contact with third-party vendors, such as Meta, Google, and other DSPs Here are a few indicators that you're the right person
You have 2+ years in a digital advertising or digital media experience You're proficient in third-party DSPs such as the Trade Desk, Google Ads Manager, or Facebook Ads Manager You're familiar with video ad serving formats such as VAST, VPAID, MRAID You have experience with tag vendors including DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS and Innovid You love digging into data and summarizing findings; familiarity with SQL and strong excel skills is a plus You have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript You're well-spoken and can clearly articulate technical information to technical and non-technical team members You're comfortable multi-tasking and managing deadlines You're tough, smart, and detail-oriented You're good with people, planning, and organization Requirements

Greater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy. All Jun Group employees living within a 90-minute (one way) commute of our NYC office are expected to be in the office three days per week.
Salary: $58,500
