SAP FICO Lead Location:

Description: The SAP FICO Lead is responsible for designing and implementing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions within a global SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role involves close collaboration with global business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize finance processes, ensure system continuity, and deliver high-impact systems.
Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for SAP FICO solutions, collaborating on global greenfield implementations and identifying best practices. Analyze business process gaps, develop test plans, and translate requirements into specifications for solution development. Support operations through end-user assistance, system troubleshooting, and core module configuration. Drive enhancements and changes, overseeing solution ownership, stakeholder communication, testing, and cutover tasks. Manage master data uploads and annual system activities essential for business operations. Participate in system testing, training, documentation, and risk management activities. Lead efforts in integrating SAP FICO with other modules and external systems, working with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, or a related field. Over 10 years of hands-on SAP ERP configuration experience, including 3-4 years of SAP S/4 HANA deployment experience. Proficiency in configuring key areas like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis. Strong knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management practices. Experience integrating SAP with modules like MM, PP, SD, and Logistics. Expertise in translating business requirements into automated, impactful systems solutions. Background in Wholesale or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments is preferred. Willingness to travel as needed.
Desired Skills: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end implementations. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on configuration skills. Ability to effectively communicate and manage change within diverse teams.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Pay range: $105k-150k/year
