Foster positive, therapeutic relationships with clients to promote growth and independence. Document progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date case notes in compliance with state and agency guidelines. Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers, psychiatrists, and educators, to ensure holistic care. Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources and support systems. Qualifications: Must meet Virginia's requirements for QMHP certification. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling). Demonstrated experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
