Hybrid Requirements:
- Local candidates ONLY (within 50 miles of Wayne office)
- 3 days/week onsite required for the first 3 months of employment
Must Haves:
- Skip tracing experience.
- Strong phone skills and Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently; high-level decision making
- Experience in high volume environments able to handle 100+ items per day
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
1-3 years working experience. - Looking for experience in remittance processing, accounts receivable, accounting, lease payment processing, or similar
- Experience working with refunds, lease payment management, billing, collecting, invoicing, and discussing payments with customers over the phone
- Knowledge of Oracle, specifically Lease Management, would be a nice-to-have
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Activities:
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting tasks for vendors and lessees.
- Import and control transactions in the general and subsidiary ledgers.
- Remittance Processing:
- Manage and allocate incoming rentals and lease payments.
- Process refunds, billing, and invoicing for clients.
- Administrative Support:
- File and archive financial documents to ensure traceability and compliance with audit and legal requirements.
- Support accounting processes by gathering, entering, and archiving financial data.
- Payment Assurance:
- Guarantee timely pay-outs of investments and other partner payments.
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle phone-based discussions with customers about payments, billing, and refunds.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Oracle Lease Management.
- Experience managing lease payments, refunds, and customer invoicing.
