We are seeking a dynamic Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at our headquarters in Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex. This individual will play a pivotal role in deploying our ERP solutions and delivering exceptional value to our customers.Position OverviewAs an Software Implementation Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in the petroleum and convenience store industry to guide customers through the successful implementation of iRely's ERP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.Implementation & Deployment:Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.Standards & Processes:Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.Maintain an average of 75% utilization on billable projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP software implementation, specifically in the petroleum and convenience store industry.Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP ERP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage is highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as needed to support customer projects.Why Join iRely?Impactful Work: Shape the way leading petroleum and convenience store businesses operate.Growth Opportunities: Be part of a rapidly growing organization with ample opportunities for professional development.Global Team: Work alongside talented professionals across the US, India, and the Philippines.Customer-Centric Culture: Deliver meaningful solutions that drive customer success.What We OfferOur corporate headquarters is in the heart of Los Colinas at Williams Square, home to the iconic Bronze Mustangs sculptures, a celebrated landmark of the area.
