Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shifts: 12-24 shifts per month (minimum of 4 shifts per month)
Practice Setting: Emergency Department (Multiple locations)
Types of Cases: Moderate acuity, with a daily patient volume of approximately 45-85 patients per site. Most shifts will be at non-trauma Free-Standing EDs.
# of Patients per Hour: Approximately 2.4 patients per hour
Ages: Pediatric to Adult
EMR: Meditech
Requirements: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM), COVID vaccination or exemption required
Other: No scribe coverage. Transition orders used (no bridge/admit orders). Facility provides temporary privileges with clean files and an active license.
