Position Title: Dental Lab Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Division: Zimbis
Reports to: VP of Dental LabYour Role
As the Zimbis Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive sales of our innovative hardware and software solutions designed for dental labs. Your mission is to acquire new customers across the western United States (west of the Mississippi), helping them revolutionize their workflows with Zimbis technology. From pipeline development to on-site workflow assessments and dynamic sales presentations, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy.
What You'll Do: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct on-site workflow assessments to identify customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions. Present compelling sales pitches that demonstrate the value of Zimbis products. Build relationships with key decision-makers in dental labs across the region. Independently manage projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Who You Are: You're an exceptional sales performer with a proven track record in capital equipment sales within the medical, veterinary, or dental industries. You bring a deep understanding of practice workflows, inventory management, and patient care, along with strong business acumen and a knack for closing deals.Qualifications
Industry Expertise:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical, veterinary, or dental industry. Proven success in capital equipment sales and new customer acquisition. Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent oral and written communication. Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools like Salesforce. Data analysis experience in Excel is a plus. Technical Acumen:
Hands-on experience with software/hardware integration. Exposure to software interface and communications technology. Location & Travel:
Travel:
50% travel required across the U.S. Location:
Based on the West Coast (N. CA, S. CA, AZ, UT, CO). Company headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Capability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours. Education:

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $200k. Benefits:
