As a Business Applications Analyst III, you will be using your skills and expertise to problem solve and architect challenging, new IT solutions. You'll be responsible for planning, analysis, and design of our enhancements, major deployments, upgrades, and user/role based security. Your technical responsibilities include the application of our server based IT system methodologies and concepts. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, andongoing support of MES solutions including the Delmia Apriso platform Provide advanced support for MES solutions by troubleshooting application performance issues, determining root cause, and implementing system improvements Work with software vendors to support, diagnose and resolve MES system issues and bugs Perform MES installations, upgrades, and service pack installations Work with internal Customers and Business System Analysts to gather businessrequirements, determine scope and feasibility, and drive deployment of solution enhancements to existing or new modules within the MES platform Provide support for system integrations with downstream applications such as ERP and PLM Effectively communicate issues and alternative solutions. Take initiative to achieve valueadded results and improve upon solutions offered Stay current with the latest technologies Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures and user guides Provide on call support as needed technologies. Must possess an IT background and have a strong understanding of enterprise applications, Windows Server, SQL Server Database setup, configuration and management, and Networking concepts. Hands on experience with development technologies such as: SQL, Json, XML, MS Code, DevOps, Rest API, Azure logic Apps, Azure API Management, Office 365 and PowerShell Basic understanding of the functions in databases, servers, networking, and software in the cloud Maintain a large n-tier production environment, ensuring high availability of mission critical systems. Work with the Development Team to deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain custom applications. Work with the DevSecOps pipeline to improve integration, delivery, and quality of applications. Automate and streamline processes to improve team execution. Be a key member of the incident, Change, Availability, Release and Problem Management process to ensure performance, compliance, value and quality. Work closely with the line-of-business teams, internal technology teams and external vendors to define, build, deploy, procedures and support of operational readiness. Work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions, options and recommendations Ensure that all internal and external changes are managed and follow the problem and change management process Support the software development life cycle of internal systems, facilitating technology to provide timely solutions to the line of business. Monitor and identify trends and behaviors in systems support and implement processes and systems to proactively monitor and deal with technical issues to reduce business impact and increase system up-time Root-cause complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware and software Analyze application data to access performance and uncover problems Coordinate resolution with development team and project managers

Must-haves: Strong knowledge in Apriso application; how to debug, configure and maintain the Apriso application; must have solid familiarity with the Apriso application toolset (Process Builder, Global Process Manager, Desktop Client, etc.). Strong knowledge in SQL and programming; must be able to write queries and understand languages like c#, javascript, css, html, etc.; familiarity with SQL Management Studios and Visual Studios a plus. Medium to strong knowledge in Business and Manufacturing; must be able to easily pick up business and manufacturing lingo and processes; understanding how it applies to an MES solution a plus. Medium knowledge in Apriso server infrastructure; understanding in High Availability infrastructure; understanding in Apriso installs and upgrades a plus. Medium knowledge in ERP; must understand integrations and how it applies to an MES solution a plus. Team player; willingness to adapt and learn as well as to work with others. Problem solver; ability to pay attention to detail in providing resolutions to not only fix now but to eliminate issues entirely. Preferred: Process knowledge should include ITIL framework, SDLC, and Agile methodologies Programming skills in any language (Java, Python, SQL, PowerShell) Knowledge of ASP.NET or open-source frameworks Passing the Azure Administrator certification exam conducted by Microsoft Ability to run virtual machines on the cloud Experience in Kubernetes and Docker for virtualization Securing data from unauthorized access Expertise in security controls of Microsoft Developing scripts to facilitate application enhancements, data monitoring, troubleshooting data issues and creating custom reports. Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn new technical skills and accommodate evolving technologies. Ability to interpret and communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Ability to execute multiple work tasks and prioritize work and interacting effectively with a diverse population. Ability to work independently and in a team/project-oriented environment. Understanding server technology, virtualization, network and database technology, programming, system and security analysis. Broad spectrum of knowledge and experiences including but not limited to hardware, software engineering, enterprise systems management, security, systems and business analysis. Map new business needs to vendor system functionality, ensure system availability, security and audit controls and procedures are maintained and followed Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
