Our team is looking for a
Customer Account Manager
to join them. You will report to the
OEM Value Stream Manager
and will have an
onsite
work schedule in
Creedmoor, NC.
To be considered for the Customer Account Manager role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
•HS diploma or equivalent
•PC and office software skills
•1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization
As a Customer Account Manager, you will:
•Completely manage customer order books to include OEM business
•Ensure all product in stock ships as early as possible
•Manage and coordinate pricing, RFQs and RFPs, to maximize value creation
•Manage incoming Pos and PO revisions
•Utilize CRM to ensure proper documentation of changes and requirements
•Initiate sales order review and track timeliness
•Vet new customers into the OEM value stream
•Quote to price list and catalogues, per associated master contract requirements
•Approve quotes based on authority matrix
•Resolve customer complaints and escalate as necessary
•Monitor order processing and on-time delivery metrics
•Maintain and update reschedule dates in ERP system
•Identify and negotiate early shipment opportunities
•Collaborate with finance on credit control
