Position Overview Description:
The Strategy & Integrations team vision is to be the most trusted & innovative streaming technology services team in the world. Its mission is to deliver the highest quality, most scalable and innovative streaming integrations for any company, brand or creator to own their digital future. Reporting to the EVP of Global Customer Success, this role is to ensure that the services group works together with the wider Brightcove team to meet this objective by providing unrivaled strategic solutions along with a stellar customer experience that grows our customers' streaming business.

You can inspire and lead a global team so that they adhere to the group vision and strategies, formulating a coherent, flexible and inclusive work culture that is a leading light within Brightcove and an inspiration to its employees and customers, and an envy to the streaming industry at large. You will be able to articulate the strategic value and mission of the team internally, along with our global media and enterprise customers. You are passionate about breaking down silos, working collaboratively with other Brightcove teams driven by the goal of providing the most holistic customer experience in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic & Operational Leadership:
    Defines messaging, tracking and reassessing of the group’s mission, goals and strategies to ensure that the team is aligned with the overall Brightcove vision of being the most trusted video streaming technology company in the world.
    Provides strategic leadership and direction to ensure that the group strives to meet KPIs and leadership credentials with global customers, solution orientated sales, strategic & innovative engagements, incredible customer experience, and world-class retention.
    Provides operational leadership, direction and coherence to the three pillars within the services team - strategic solutions, project management, and engineering.
  2. Customer Engagement & Experience:
    Leadership and guidance in developing strategic frameworks, solutions and proposals that solve business problems and demonstrate tangible ROI.
    Proven ability to negotiate with customers business contracts and SOWs, including scope, timelines, cost, and legal terms & conditions.
  3. Delivery & Operations Oversight:
    Tracking and reporting of strategic KPIs against bookings, post-delivery margin, revenue recognition, delivery status, progress of key project/program deliverables, including the identification of potential risks, issues, and mitigation that would have an impact on the wider Brightcove business.
  4. Cross Functional Collaboration:
    Acts as a key liaison and advisor with Sales and Customer Success, along with other corporate partners/collaborators or vendors.

Qualifications:
15 years of experience in customer management and solution selling in an advisory and technical services environment.
5 years leading global teams while instilling inspiration, motivation and continuous coaching across time zones, regions, languages and cultures.
5 years leading a $10m revenue generating group, whilst meeting margin KPIs.

Targeted Base Salary Range:
$220,000-$253,919
The base salary range listed above is across locations in the US. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to an applicant's experience, specialized skills, internal alignment and an applicant's work location.
