What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team
  2. Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify customers' goals and challenges
  3. Deliver engaging product demonstrations that align solutions with customer needs
  4. Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers and partners
  5. Collaborate with product management to provide feedback on enhancements that can add value for customers

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  2. 3-5 years of experience with Customer Service, Customer Experience, CRM, or BPM software
  3. Proven ability to create customer value across enterprise-level organizations
  4. Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person demonstrations
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with product management, marketing, and sales teams
