What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify customers' goals and challenges
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that align solutions with customer needs
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers and partners
- Collaborate with product management to provide feedback on enhancements that can add value for customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- 3-5 years of experience with Customer Service, Customer Experience, CRM, or BPM software
- Proven ability to create customer value across enterprise-level organizations
- Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person demonstrations
- Ability to work collaboratively with product management, marketing, and sales teams
