3rd Shift Blending Lead

Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Blending Lead to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Blending Lead, you will be part of the Blending department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Blending Lead

Location: Wanamingo, MN

Pay Range:$27.50/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead by example by following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring all operators adhere to them.
• Assist in achieving scheduled blending volumes and maintaining high product quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and resolve issues during blending operations.
• Train new operators and maintain a positive, knowledgeable attitude while working with all personnel.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

What's Needed?

• Attention to detail with a strong focus on food safety.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• General computer skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Operate Forklift
• Bkg/DG
• HS Diploma/GED
