THE PRACTICE:

This role will align with our Manufacturing & Operations practice and fall under the Production & Operations capability.

Manufacturing & Operations professionals help our clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. With domain expertise across consulting and technology they unlock new sources of opex and capex efficiency and effectiveness.

Digital Production & Operations Systems Engineers enable Manufacturing Modernization with deep specialization in Execution systems (MES/ MOM), Automation, and Plant data models.

YOU ARE:

An ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Consultant ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES stand in the center of manufacturing excellence.

THE WORK:

  1. Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  2. Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
  3. Provide organization oversight for complex systems involving the development of MES.
  4. Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value.
  5. Partner with business clients and delivery teams to determine appropriate solutions.
  6. Direct the activities of team in the above tasks.
  7. Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered.
  8. Gather user requirements in relation to controlling and recording manufacturing activities.
  9. Respond to requests for client proposals.
  10. Manage and develop client relationships.
  11. Global System Implementation.
  12. Manage medium-small teams and/or projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to travel for client needs as needed up to 30%.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience with DELMIA Apriso MES solutions.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  1. Experience with configuration and deployment of MES systems.
  2. Experience with integration between Manufacturing Engineering (preferably with 3DX DELMIA DM) and Manufacturing Execution (MES Apriso).
  3. Experience in Warehouse and Logistics Management in Apriso.
  4. Experience in manufacturing analytics and lean management.
  5. Knowledge of ISA 95 Architecture and MES modules.
  6. Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.
  7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  8. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  9. Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items.

Compensation: Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below. California $26.39 to $72.31

Colorado $26.39 to $62.45

District of Columbia $28.08 to $66.49

Illinois $24.42 to $62.45

Minnesota $26.39 to $62.45

Maryland $24.42 to $57.84

New York $24.42 to $72.31

Washington $28.08 to $66.49
