About Reach Incorporated

Reach Incorporated develops readers and leaders by preparing teens to serve as tutors and role models for younger students, resulting in improved literacy outcomes for both the teen tutors and their elementary school students. Our award-winning out-of-school-time programs prepare teens for high school and beyond. Reach offers a comprehensive system of supports grounded in four programs: After-School Tutoring, The Summer Leadership Academy, College & Career Prep, and Teen-Authored Books. In Reach’s first decade, the organization built a strong reputation and secured national honors. As Reach begins its second decade, the team is focused on creating an exceptional experience for all employees and program participants. Only by building a high-performing team can we demonstrate that teens – even those who arrive in high school with significant academic and social challenges – can become academically successful and economically mobile.
