Job Purpose: Produces products by monitoring production levels; recommending adjustments to process setting; supervising staff. HOURS ARE 2pm to 10:30pm M-F Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities) Day-to-Day Duties May Include: Providing technical support to engineers and scientists on a variety of technical tasks tied to New Product Development CAD Modeling and rapid protype Software and circuit build up and test as applicable Assemble, Build and Test Proof of Concepts. Developing and recommending procedures and methods and preparing technical reports and documentation. Performing technical evaluations of events to determine root cause; recommending corrective action. Qualifications: Associate's Degree preferred. 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Root Cause Analysis experience. Technical reporting/documentation experience. ectives by orienting, training, assigning, and coaching employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures. * Meets production operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying process improvements. * Meets production financial standards by controlling and minimizing production expenses. * Maintains product production by observing process volumes; recommending process adjustments. * Records production by completing daily shift production reports; calculating yields and recoveries. * Maintains flow of operations by communicating production status, requirements, and problems to next shift. * Maintains working relationship with union by complying with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement. * Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. * Accomplishes manufacturing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
