Description Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Domain Architect for Wireless Networking and Passive Infrastructure to join our team. This role involves providing expertise and leadership in executing the mission of the Navy's largest IT services program: SMIT. The position requires extensive knowledge in areas such as network architecture, engineering, operations support, automation, and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and professionalism to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Leading the development of WLAN, mobile networking, ISP/OSP solutions and strategies Collaborating with the team to develop Network Transformation approaches Providing technical guidance and oversight to the Engineering Team Evaluating and recommending technologies, tools, and processes to ensure successful customer outcomes Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree preferred in STEM or relevant field, or comparable experience with an additional 12 years or a Master of Science degree with 10 years of overall related experience Current possession and ability to maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance Minimum of DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification required prior to onboarding Knowledge of WLAN architecture, TCP/IP networking, and mobile networking concepts Ability to travel up to 25%, including the possibility of OCONUS travel Original Posting Date: 2024-10-09 Pay Range: $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
