LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Administrative Assistant for a yearlong contract position that could extend in Arden Hills, MN. This is for a medical equipment manufacturing with an excellent reputation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Following up with customers on field action communications

  • Execute broad mailings for US based actions

  • Good-faith effort follow-up via email / phone call

  • Issuing Returned Goods authorizations (RGAs) for field action product

  • Support project teams in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other select technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years with BA

  • Communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Execute the tasks and follow up

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

 

Employment Type: Yearlong contract position that could extend

Pay Details: $29.57 to $37.75 per hour
