We’re seeking an Entry-Level Manager to join our vibrant team, contribute to impactful sales campaigns, and grow alongside us as we take our clients' businesses to the next level.
Responsibilities As An Entry Level Manager:
- Lead dynamic, in-person sales initiatives to present client products and services, boosting customer interest and driving measurable revenue growth.
- Develop a strong understanding of the assigned territories, become familiar with the local demographics, and uncover opportunities for new customer acquisitions
- Facilitate continuous professional development through structured training sessions and roleplay sales exercises.
- Foster a vibrant, collaborative team environment that prioritizes innovation, accountability, and professional development.
- Participate in regular team meetings with Entry-Level Managers to align on goals, boost morale, and enhance sales performance.
- Maintain meticulous records of performance and actively make improvements based on sales metrics.
Qualities We Look For In An Entry Level Manager:
- 1-2 years in customer service, marketing, management, sales, business, or communications preferred.
- A proactive mindset to create effective solutions when addressing customer needs or client challenges.
