We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Enumerate. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making across various departments. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to create data-driven solutions that improve business performance. This is a remote role with travel anticipated 5% of the time for trainings and team events.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and present findings in clear, actionable reports.
Create dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Develop and maintain predictive models, algorithms, and other analytical tools to provide insights into future trends and help the business optimize its strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across various platforms.
Monitor data quality and troubleshoot any data-related issues or discrepancies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Recommend best practices for data management and analytics.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
4+ years of experience in data analysis
SaaS industry experience required, Payments industry experience preferred
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or similar
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience with cloud-based analytics tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
