Job Title: Assembler $20+HR

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will perform assemblies and sub-assemblies under a microscope using extremely small parts for microelectronics. This position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Perform assemblies and sub-assemblies under a microscope using extremely small parts.
• Stationed at a work cell, perform tasks such as soldering, wire stripping, sanding, bonding, etching, and stamping.
• Use basic work instructions to complete assemblies.
• Perform visual inspections of finished assemblies to ensure accuracy.
• Perform other production tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience working in an assembly-based role, preferably with small parts or medical devices.
• High mechanical inclination with experience using small hand and power tools for assembly.
• Ability to sit for long periods and assemble products under a microscope.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Soldering experience is a significant plus.
• Knowledge of IPC standards.
